Working in a nonprofit, you know your finances must do more than balance, they must clearly tell your story. Donors, grantors, board members, and auditors all rely on your numbers to see that funds are being used responsibly and in alignment with your mission. QuickBooks Online is a powerful system to support that work, but without basic training, it can quickly become confusing, inconsistent, or risky.

This session will help you to understand the basics of your financial data without becoming accountants. This training helps you use QuickBooks Online correctly and confidently so you can maintain transparency, meet reporting requirements, and reduce stress around audits, grants, and board reports.

This is a great start to help you better understand how to review, trust, and explain your bookkeeping.

What You Will Learn

  • Apply practical QuickBooks Online Plus tips to work more efficiently and confidently.
  • Streamline bank feed workflows to reduce manual entry and speed up monthly reconciliations.
  • Implement best practices for tracking grants, restricted funds, and donor‑restricted revenue with greater accuracy.
  • Use QBO tools and features to improve nonprofit accounting processes, including reporting and categorization.
  • Strengthen day‑to‑day bookkeeping by adopting immediately usable techniques that enhance accuracy and consistency.
  • Increase overall confidence in navigating QBO through clearer workflows and better system utilization.
