Do you review financial statements and still wonder what they’re really telling you about organizational performance and risk? This session helps you build confidence in interpreting financial information so you can ask better questions, make informed decisions, and provide meaningful guidance, regardless of your role.

You’ll learn how to read and connect core financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows, to understand how they work together as a complete financial picture. Through guided walkthroughs of real financial statements, you’ll explore how accounts relate across statements and how key financial ratios can be used to evaluate operating performance and overall financial position.
