Donor Relations and Database Specialist
Job Summary
Peace House is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Donor Relations and Database Specialist to play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our financial supporters. This position serves as the first point of contact for new donor inquiries and is key to providing a positive, responsive experience. The ideal candidate will excel at triaging donor requests, knowing when to escalate or manage them, and ensuring clear communication with the team.
A core responsibility of this role is maintaining the integrity of the Development Donor Database, which underpins all donor engagement efforts. This includes accurate data entry, timely gift processing, and effective donor record management to build trust and foster lasting philanthropic partnerships.
In addition to database stewardship, the Donor Relations and Database Specialist will collaborate with the Development team on various donor-centered initiatives, such as event and fundraiser planning, in-kind donation drives, and other activities aimed at enhancing donor engagement and advancing the mission of Peace House.
