Board of Directors - WasteLess Solutions - Volunteer Role
Are you passionate about tackling food waste and food insecurity? Here at WasteLess Solutions, we are on a mission to address these pressing issues by rescuing surplus food and distributing it to those in need, all while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fostering a more resilient, equitable food system in Utah.
As we gear up for the fall season, we are excited to welcome 3–4 new board members to our team. We are seeking individuals with expertise in various areas:
- Marketing & Communications: Elevate our narrative and expand our reach
- Legal Guidance: Provide insights on risk, policy, and organizational structure
- Fundraising & Development: Open doors, help us make more connections, and ensure our future financial sustainability
- Events & Community Engagement: Bring our mission to the public eye
Our board is hands-on, dedicated to driving action, formulating strategies, and fostering expansion. If you are eager to contribute your skills to a cause that addresses hunger, environmental protection, and waste reduction, we want to hear from you.

Organization Mission : WasteLess Solutions is committed to making a significant reduction in food waste by educating consumers and food entities on the issue and solutions as well as by offering a food diversion program that engages our community to help rescue edible food and get it to the food insecure in our community.
