Application to Join UNA as a Health Insurance Broker

Utah Nonprofit Association (UNA) is about building happy, healthy, resilient communities—communities that provide shelter, solace, joy, inspiration, nourishment for bodies and souls, and healing for our air, water, and land. We accomplish this by unifying, elevating, and strengthening Utah's nonprofits. Our work includes advocating for these critical organizations and equipping them with the information, training, resources, and benefits that they need to advance their missions. We are a 501c(3) nonprofit charity with a diverse revenue model, an engaged and active board of directors, and a deep commitment to building extraordinary nonprofits.

Nonprofits and the people who work for them find themselves on the front line of solving society’s most challenging problems, and one of the many ways UNA supports them is through the UNA Group Health Insurance Plan.

The Utah Nonprofits Association Group Health Insurance Plan provides nonprofit members access to comprehensive quality healthcare. The plan currently supports over 1,000 people and counting. UNA welcomes applications from brokers who align with our goals of providing exceptional service to nonprofits, keeping costs low, and continually improving the plan and its value to our members.

Please contact Warren Miterko at wmiterko@utahnonprofits.org if you have any questions about the group plan or this application form.
