2025 UNA Hall of Fame Submission

Please complete all fields below for each individual you would like to nominate to the 2025 UNA Hall of Fame. Nominations are open to UNA Members only. This is not a selective award, all nominations submitted will be honored.

To be included in UNA's 2025 Hall of Fame publicity and for your nominee to receive their certificate and pin, nomination information must be received via this form by 11:59 PM Friday, August 8, 2025.

What happens after you submit your nomination?

Once the Hall of Fame submission deadline has closed, UNA will:

Contact you (the nominator) with additional details.
Contact your honoree to inform them that they were nominated for recognition through UNA's 2025 Hall of Fame.
Send a pin and certificate for your honoree to you (the nominator) so that you can present it to them in a way that is best suited for the individual, whether that is during a staff meeting, an organization-wide party, or one-on-one—it's up to you!
UNA will celebrate Hall of Fame honorees on its social media, website, and newsletter, and will recognize all honorees at the UNA Annual Conference (UNA Annual Conference registration is NOT included in Hall of Fame nominations).
